Cream Peach Cheesecake

I've long for quite sometime to bake Cream Peach Cheesecake. Last night I got the chance.
As we are having a farewell party in office today, I bring this cake to let my officemates become the first to try it.
The cake has three layers. First is thin vanilla sponge cake, second is cream cheese filling and third is peach and peach jelly.

I'm using 9" baking pan and the weight is 1.2++ kg.

Selling price is RM40. Introductory price is RM38 (limited time only!).

Kek hantaran

Sepupuku , Fazli bernikah dengan Liza Sabtu malam Ahad yg lepas di Tapah. As promised to my self, I want to give a cake for Liza. So, I baked Blueberry Delight Cheesecake. The blueberry was fold in the batter just before I baked it, that's why you don't see the blueberry on top of it. Then, I frost the cake with French butter cream & ready made flower in purple.Kek berada di sebelah tepi kiri. Nampak tak? Tak lupa juga sedikit cheese cupckaes buat makan-makan seppupu2 kecilku yg lain masa dok santai kat hotel. lepas kenduri di tapah, kami 4 kereta terus mendaki ke Bukit Cameron ;) Bercuti di Cameron selama 3 hari 2 malam
