Smiley healthy Carrot Cake is made up from loads of grated carrot, chopped walnut, raisin and wholemeal flour. So looking at these ingredients I would say it's high in fibre and beta carotene :). Finally frosted with cream cheese buttercream. It's truly moist.
Sungguh sihat gitu kan? It's our family favorite cake!
