Marble Cheesecake on School Holiday

These cakes are the final order for May. First cake ordered by my officemate, Hjh Norizan for the handsome Aiman.
2nd cake is for my dearest Aishah, her 5th order from Smiley. Thanks a lot for your support!!

Carrot Moist Cake

Carrot Moist Cake yang ke-4 & ke 5 bulan yang sama, 2 biji untuk rakan sepejabat Baiti from Tech Park M’sia. Tahniah utk kawan baiti sebab dapat award ‘employee of the quarter’. 1st quarter ek? Both cakes was delivered to her office yesterday. Actually, semalam sy memang mohon cuti untuk join cake deco class @ Yen tapi sebab last minute register, class dah full but I still proceed my leave.

Info: All cheesecake is now available in round, square and love shape. Love shape is only available for 1 kg cake. Lately, ramai plak pelanggan minta square shape coz senang nak potong for office’s party.
As for cheesecake, also available in round and square shape for all sizes!

Rasberry Cheesecake, Key Lime cheesecake

Bulan ni emak dan Abang berkongsi harijadi pada bulan yang sama. Jarak hanya 2 hari aje. Emak 25hb dan Abang 27hb.

Untuk mereka, kali ini saya mencuba Rasberry Cheesecake. Inilah hasilnya. Rasanya pulak ada macam2 komen. Untuk crust, sy guna instant oat..pergh hasilnya mmg superb! I like it very much. Sy jumpa resipi crust ni dalam majalah Saji bulan Mei 07. For the filling, lepas ni sy kene kurangkan 1 sudu kecil almond extract, sebab kek kali ni rasa almond kuat. Third, paling penting, raspberry tu manis gila beb. Tak larat nak telan. Rasberry filling tu sy beli dr kedai, kawan-kawan ofis kata mmg samething wrong dgn raspberry. Anyway next time, I should use blueberry or cherry pie filling. Sebelum ni dah banyak kali guna blueberry sebab tu nak try raspberry.

Kawan pejabat saya, Kak Hapsah nak buat jamuan harijadinya. So, dengan beraninya saya cuba resipi baru ni plak, Key Lime Cheesecake. Hasilnya, ramai kata ok but not as good as Marble Cheesecake. Sebab bezanya yg ni memang guna limau nipis. Marble cheesecake guna coklat. Ada yang kata next time boleh cuba guna Limau Kasturi, maybe lagi sedap. Entahlah. Yang pasti saya pasti berani dan suka mencuba. Kalau ada kawan-kawan yang ada jumpa any resipi and u like me to try, I don’t mind. Give it to me, I’ll try my best & u need to pay kos barang + upah ;) Suka tak?

Late order again

Another very very late order. It’s very hard for me to say No to this person, because it came from my beloved Abang. Abang order 2 cakes for his office’s party. First is Choc moist cake and another one is any cheesecake. Because of the blueberry is readily available in stock, I baked Blueberry Supreme Cheesecake. On Wednesday’s night I managed to baked 3 cakes: CM, BSC & Choc sponge cake. Choc sponge is for Black Forest Cake that should be delivered today.(Note: Abang, when are going to pay me? eheh berkira punya wifey!!)


Black Forest cake for my officemate. I should drain off the cherry properly so that its syrup doesn’t spoil the cake. Delivered today.

Important note: I'm not available from 1st until 5th of June 07. So, order is close. I'll be sending my cousin to Tapah for Nikah ceremony on Saturday, follow by wedding reception on Sunday, follow by 3 days and 2 nights holiday in Cameron Highlands. :D Yihaaaa

Choc Moist Cake & Carrot Moist Cake

My weekend was so hectic & very tiring. Baiti buzz me with orders for 2 choc moist cakes. The first one is size L and another one is size M. Size M tu I did surprise for you by making it in heart shape. Suka tak? Actually I guess you nak belanja buah hati kot :p Quite last minute but I still accept. Terkezut akak dik ooi, dapat order kek yag heart shape tu tengah2 malam. Abang did wake me up to tell me about the order about 1am. Ehehe. Both delivered to Bkt Jalil on Sunday. Hopefully you enjoy it Baiti!

Next is Carrot Moist Cake, my 3^rd CM cake sales for this month. Seem that few officemates already falling in love with this healthy cake. Thank Kak Fidah for allowing me to do my trial of new design ( Anyam tikar kurang menjadi, ehehe). Will improve! At least I learnt what was wrong yesterday.
