Lelong cuppies

Disebabkan tempahan ini di batal oleh pelanggan, saya terpaksa lelong CupCakes ni kat pejabat.
Mulanya risau takut tak laku, tapi lepas 30 minit broadcast email kepada beberapa kengkawan & pelanggan2 lepas, terus sold out kedua-dua boxes. Pelanggannya tak jauh pon, rakan-rakan pejabat yang lapar belum sarapan ;). Yang selebihnya saya & adik la yang habiskan.
Terima kasih yer. Lain kali kita jual lagi.

Berdasarkan pengalaman ini, saya memohon pelanggan yang budiman bayar at least 50% deposit semasa membuat tempahan. Tapi kalau pelanggan biasa, saya boleh consider tanpa deposit. Semua atas budi bicara ;)

Xmas Cake???

For the 1st time my GM ordered from me. She didn't make any order before due to her loyalty to Secret Recipe. But as soon as Pn Ana ( who ordered the cake last week ) gave credit to this cake, she immediately place an order.
I'm running out of time, therefore, I just decorated the top with roasted almond , very easy measy.



Xmas day was very hectic starting with cleaning the house, baking 3 cakes, going to Mak Lang and Mak Ndah house to celebrate my cousin's son birthday and just before I slept I decorate the last cake: Carrot Moist Cake. Penatnya!!

This is the Marble Butter Cake before I deco it. After deco. I brought this cake to Mak Lang & Mak Ndah house. Initially to surprise my cousin, but they just going home last 2 days. haiyaa. kami je yg ngap.

Last but not least, for my lovely hubby who left at home settling his IT project during the Xmas day. He didn't join our trip to Mak Lang house. He alone finished all the 6 cuppies. Huhu, sebab tu nak berat badan tu ek.

Choc Moist Cake & Cupcakes

1.5kg Choc Moist Cake untuk Kak Ju, kawan abg & kakak iparku masa kat sekolah dulu. Ha, apa lagi layan je la gambar kat bawah ni. Kek ni saya buat lepas balik dr Kg Negeri Sembilan . Kak Ju datang ambil Sabtu untuk di bawa ke Bidor.

Ni plak untuk Liza, cuppies untuk ulangtahun kelahiran (setahun) anak pertamanya. Happy Birthday Hazreq! Pelanggan ni belum jumpa lagi, hanya berbual dalam telefon.

Penat sungguh membuatnya. Kek kene bancuh 2 kali sebab Liza minta butter cake coklat & vanila. Then, sepanjang petang mendekorasi kek sampai ke malam. Orang belum expert, mmg ambil masa sket. Lepas tu anak-anak asyik nak kaco jek, nak mandi la , nak susula, nak beyakla. :D

Carrot Moist Cake

The first order goes to Pn Ana, delivered a day before Hari Raya Aidiladha.This cake was not ordered by anyone. I baked it on Raya's day just before we left home to my grandma's house @ Kg Melang Seremban. Even without the frosting, it does taste very nice. Guest who visited my granma's house gave credit for it.

This cake is just ready few minutes ago, to be delivered tomorrow for Aini.

Diam tak beerti tak membakar

Percubaan kali pertama membuat karakter kartun Sponge Bob menggunakan teknik 'buttercream transfer'. Ternyata agak mencabar membuatnya dimana anda memerlukan kesabaran, ketenangan dan masa yang cukup lebih - lebih lagi jika kali pertama membuatnya. Super Moist Choc Cake ini buat Zue. Saya buat sampai hampir 12 tgh mlm lepa tidurkan anak2. Saya belajar teknik buttercream transfer secara online dr Ms Tracy here.
2 biji kek ditempah for the 1st time by Alia. Yang pertama Baked Blueberry Cheesecake 9 inch. Rupanya bila timbang keknya agak berat. Saya ingat 1.5kg..tapi rupanya 1.8kg. Base kek ni sy buat dr Almond Cookies, sedap tau Kedua Super Moist Choc Cake 1.5kg . Dedua kek Alia nak bawa balik Raya Haji. Jalan bebaik dik, sekarang musim banjir.
Opps, ni tade siapa tempah, saya saje bawa opis makan saje2.

Kali pertama menerima tempahan dr Nani, Baked Cappuccino Cheesecake. Base dibuat dr Cream-O Choc Biscuits, Filling cream cheese, whipping cream, cappuccino emulco, melted choc and choc rice. Lastly I frosted with choc frosting. yummy!!

Alhamdulillah semua cheesecake kali ni tade crack sebab saya ikut panduan buku Junior's Cheesecake antaranya mesti bakar secara SteamBath.

Our first bite last night. My hubby very love my cheesecake than other normal cake including the super moist cho cake. He is gaining weight because of his wifey, the cheesecake baker.

Kek- kek 2 minggu lepas

Entah kenapa aku begitu malas nak update blog Smiley. Mungkin kepingin nak new digicam. Tapi lupakanlah kejap. So inilah hasil kek-kek tempahan rakan sejak 2 minggu yang lepas.

Super Moist Choc Cake untuk hantaran pertunangan sepupu Along dr Tkt 16 Menara. Tema warna: Kuning.

Super Moist Choc Cake untuk hantaran pertunangan sepupu Asmah dr Cygal . Dia request for love shape & wording on top of it. Simple aje, just delivered last Saturday. Tema warna: Kuning.

Silky Choc Chip Cheesecake untuk Cik Rozian & Baiti. Untuk Baiti, terdapat sedikit kesilapan, teroverbaked sedikit & ada crack. So I have to top with some deco Choc Ganache. And of course discount is given!

Ohoo Carrot

Carrot Moist Cake without frosting, as requested by my mom's friend. She wanted the cake to be divided into 3 parts as a gift to Ustaz mengaji & best friends. Delivered last week.

Another Carrot Moist Cake which was ordered a very long ago (during fasting month) by a pregnant lady, Yatt. I promised to deliver the cake on last Monday, bust when I SMS her, she was in the labor room due to she got a early sign of labor. Pity her cannot enjoy my cake. Due to that, her officemates Azmah & Shell took the cake and wanted to treat the whole staffs with this fluffy and tasty cake. But yesterday, I got email from Shell that she took the cake & treat the fiance family as I cannot fulfill her order (Choc Moist Cake). She had reminded me few times about the cake, but I cannot take too many orders at one time.

Kek Syawal lagi

Sabtu pagi saya siapkan 2 kek, 1st for my mom untuk majlis jamuan hari raya kat kelas Arabnya, Carrot Moist Cake, simple aje hiasannya tapi rasanya sgt memuaskan, dan dah dapat 1 oder dr kawan emak for the same cake to bake tonight.

Sabtu jugs sibuk nyiapkan kek Key Lime Cheesecake dipesan oleh opismate, Kak Hapsah atau lebih mesra sy panggil Makchah, but dlm meeting idokle sy panggil dia cenggitu, tak professional plak. Actually kek tu tak perlu hias dengan whipped topping, tapi dek kerana sy bukak pintu oven masa membakarnya serentak dengan Carrot Moist Cake diatas, keknye tercrack. Buat Cheesecake, memang takbleh bukak pintu oven sampai habanya hilang. So, sy hias sket dengan whipped topping & letak baby lime menggunakan marzipan & letak tag Happy Birthday khas utk Kakak Makchah atau saya panggil MakLong.

Ahad, saya siapkan kek utk rumah Semah, Blueberry Cheesecake delight.

Sebelum keluar ke semua open house, sy bakar dulu 2 biji kek (saiz L) Super Moist Choc Cake yg di tempah oleh Juli. Ahad tu sy jalan raya dr jam 12.00pm sampai 9.00om ke 4 rumah + klinik sebab Mawaddah demam. Lepas mandi & susukan & tidurkan Mawaddah sy sambung deco kek Juli & Silky Choc Chip Cheesecake yang dipesan oleh Shelly. Utk Juli, special sy buat Choc Ganache (saja nak praktis skill, takut lupa) dan Kek Shelly, very last minute sampai parents sy yg tolong hantar ke ofis pada Isnin jam 11.45am. So gambonyer pon tak sempat nak snap. Thanks a lot shell semua orang berpuashati dengan Kek Smiley .
